Aloha, THis is a table I made from a Usu that was in my mother in- law's yard collecting dirt. I thought it would make a great Dining table. What do you think? Aloha.

that is gorgeous. my family's old usu was much smaller and has disappeared over the generations. how do u make sure the glass top doesn't tip off? and that the stone doesn't scratch the glass?

Aloha Popeye, I used some small suction cups to hold the glass top on.

If you click on enlarge you will see the stands.I found some small stands that was used as a stand for some art at marukai. Stacked them up and now the table stands at 28" the Usu weight is around 200lbs so it is very solid.
