this wd be a perfect kitchen for me--i love to cook, sling out the food, stand there and watch everybody eat!

LOVE all the counter seating. We never have enough with the standard 3 seats.

You did a very nice job. Did you have to remove any walls to open up the space?

I would never think to open up a kitchen as you did with all that seating but I was surpised to realize that I like it. Then I thought of how much my husband and I enjoy going to eat at a sushi bar because the seating allows for strangers to eat close, be more open to conversation with each other and even share what they are eating. I can see this seating arrangement working for family and for social gatherings. I would enjoy using this space to serve our guests drinks and pupus while my husband and I put together the last details of the meal.
