You can see that a lot of love and work went into this bathroom. To really finish it off, I’d remove that little plant on the toilet. First of all, it’s not necessary to have things on a toilet, but more importantly, the black color doesn’t go very well with the soft, neutral tones. And would you consider changing the hand towel? Your theme seems to be a calming island retreat—you don’t need a palm tree on the towel, but a neutral color that picks up one of the lighter shades of your tile accents would work nicely.
