feel for the neighborhood when we were looking to purchase a place.
Videos like yours, would have helped to get a feel for an area so we
knew what where to look at first, and what to look at or keep an eye
out for when we actually got out to those areas.
The commentary gave insightful information about an area (I watched
the Nuuanu video) that you might not get just driving around on your
own (which is what a lot of realtors have you do).
The videos were a great way to see the neighborhood including
street/driving conditions and get a feel for the personality of the
realtor. Two things a lot of people overlook when going through the
purchasing process.
