“It can’t be!”

After 20 years in Hawaii, Realtor Marion Heath and her husband, Art, have just sold their home in Mililani and bought six acres high in the Arkansas Ozarks. Under construction in those wooded hills is their retirement dream home—a cozy 2,200-square-foot house of brick and wood, with bay windows and a breakfast nook.
