First be very clear on the purpose of the room--is it a bedroom, guest room, office? It seems to have a lot going on. If you don't love the color, you may want something more restful. Remove everything you don't need. The paintings and art would look better at eye level. Everything seems kind of high.
Do you love the red??? If you do... it really needs another coat. I would also go a shade warmer it seems to bright against the white trim. The Black & White print looks great on the red but I am distracted by the clutter and the other pictures. Maybe you could put the unframed photos in some black frames and group them all the together in one area.
Since it's a small room, red makes it smaller. I suggest, if you can, change the color. Work off with the black and whites accents (bedding and frames). Oh by the way, the wall art is to high. You want to see pictures/art at eye level and maybe make a wall gallery.
If you keep the red, take it a few shades lighter, find some
white shelves with sliding doors for the walls, mid way up at
eye level, and put the clutter there. Feature one piece of
art on the other wall, at eye level, and blend in the reds of the
bed with yellow, orange, and some neat pillows to tie it together.

I agree about the art. I think that it should be at eye level. If in a dining room then eye level while sitting. Have fun with your room!

I love red, but it has to be the right red. Gold bedding might warm it up instead of blue. Have fun!

RED BLACK & WHITE are a great color palette... but the scale of accessories need to balance the boldness of the red walls. yes, trash the clutter.
