I've seen this before at Bed, Bath & Beyond and it was fairly cheap - something like 20 dollars... I also know, from my mother, who is a consultant, that Stampin' Up has wall decor like this that you basicly just rub on the wall and put a coat of this clear stuff - I sound so much like I know what I'm talking about... NOT - I think it's a primer of some sort, over it to seal it. It's fabulous. I'm planning to do something like this with my bedroom once I'm finished remodeling the disaster that it is....
